Jeff joined Tower of Power at the begnning of 1997; however, he has been very active in the Bay Area music scene. His credits include Pacific, Brass & Electric, Starship and Cold Blood.

Jeff is part of the rhythm section and Musical Director on Doc Kupka's special project, The Strokeland Superband. Jeff is a collaborator and arranger on several of the tunes.
