tower of power recordings

Tower of Power's first album release was East Bay Grease on Bill Graham's Fillmore Records in 1970. This recording became their launching pad for a 6-album relationship with Warner Brothers Records.

Their career has included multi-recording relationships with Columbia Records and Sony Records. As well, there are a variety of individual recordings with Sheffield, Rhino Handmade, Cypress and Or Music.

You'll also find a variety of Live Performance Recordings from different eras of the band, plus assorted sets of Greatest Hits Collections.

Tower of Power songs are included on many Compilation Collections and many of their songs have been covered by other artists.

There is a special section, called 'Oddities,' You'll just have to visit it. It's really odd.

As of August 2007, the band is between record labels, but continues touring at a heavy pace. No doubt, another record label will sign them.

Finally, there is a modest amount of licensed video available for the band. It is included, here.
